- Work against the clock
- Keep to a schedule
- Study in the morning
- Teach someone else
- Use a white board
- Take brief notes
- Number the pints in your notes or on your list
- Use sticky notes
- Use highlighters and colours
- Use flashcards to jog your memory
- Use diagrams and flowcharts

- Use graphic organisers to make information more manageable
- Test yourself before you start studying & at the end
- Visit the Guidance counsellor to see how many points you need and what levels
- Listen in class- Move away from distractions.
- At the end of class rite don what you have learnt- 3 points
- Think about dead time- how can I use it better
- Listen to audios on the phone
- Use pictures to help learning
- Set up a study group & share notes
- Use relevant websites to help learning
- Practice answers and exam questions
- Eat healthy food such as fish, berries, protein foods. Drink water
- Get a good sleep routine- stop looking at the screen before bedtime
- Get 8.5 hours sleep minimum.
