We would like to take this opportunity to welcome all our students back to school. Every week each year group will have an assembly in the school gym once a week. This gives the management team, pastoral care team and support services in the school an opportunity to meet and communicate with the year group. We have decided on a variety of themes for these assemblies. Eg: Friendship week, Importance of Study, Climate Change, Heritage & Pride etc.
The schedule of assemblies is as follows:
Monday: 1st year assembly
Tuesday: 2nd Year Assembly
Wednesday: 3rd Year Assembly
Thursday: 5th Year Assembly
Friday: 6th Year Assembly.
The assemblies will begin at 8.52 and it is mandatory that all students attend these. It is intended that these assemblies are a positive experience for the students and that they help to create a positive culture in our school.
This week we have also started Tutor classes for 1st and 2nd year students. Every morning at 8.52 first years will go to the following rooms
