KTCS - How to use your Graphic Organiser.pdf
Dear Students,
A lot of students tell me they find it hard to revise their classwork and to put a structure on their learning.
They say they do not know where to start.
Graphic Organisers are a solution to this genuine concern.
Graphic Organisers provide a visual method of developing, organising and summarising your learning.
They help to put structure on your work. There are lots of different types you can try out.
Over the next few weeks, I will be uploading new Graphic organisers on the website for you to print out,
fill in and file with your study notes.
In this document (link to pdf file above) you will find:
1. Guidelines on how to use a Graphic organizer, this week it is a Sequence Chart
2. A list of suggestions for possible uses of the Sequence Chart
3. Two completed Sequence Charts in 2 subjects
4. Some blank Graphic Sequence Charts (which may be printed or you can draw them up on A4
sheets) for you to try out on any subject or topic.
Please let me know how you are getting on. When we are back in school, blank Sequence Charts will be
available in the leaflet stand in the lobby outside the Guidance office.
Students are welcome to take them and try them out.
