The South Leinster Schools Track and Field events were held over the last few weeks in Carlow I.T.
K.T.C.S. had numerous athletes entered into many events with fantastic success.
Held on two separate Wednesdays the Junior Students and Senior students represented the school with dignity and class.
The talent of this team was evident right throughout the different year groups with a total medal haul of 13; 5 Gold, 5 Silver and 3 Bronze.
Well done to all who participated and a special thank you from Mr. McEvoy to Ms.Smith, M. Kelly and Nicola for all their help.

Since, the school has competed in the Leinster School tracks and Fields event, which took place in Santry.
Kyle Donaghue, Daniel Cox, Conor Hughes and Liam Houlihan won the 4x300 Relay.
Thomas Hanlon won the Shot Putt at Junior level and he goes on to represent KTCS at national level.
Since competing in 2021/2022 KTCS have brought home 10 Gold medals. 5 Silver medals and 3 Bronze Medals
